Our return policy and instructions for returning items.
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging.
Contact our support team to initiate a return. You will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order for the desired item.
